Vendor data from clients is extracted, transformed and loaded as an editable worksheet that identifies which vendors should receive which 1099 form. For vendors that do not qualify, a justification is given. Output from the 1099 Worksheet is merged with client data to provide the input necessary for Engagement to produce both NEC and MISC 1099s.
